Description
Charles IV. White Rum is produced directly at GrRUM Distillery in the Czech Republic using a carefully selected blend of molasses sourced from Cuba and Paraguay.
The rum undergoes controlled fermentation based on our own recipe and is subsequently distilled using the column still method, with an emphasis on purity, lightness, and the elegant character of the final distillate.
After distillation, the rum rests for more than two years in stainless steel tanks, allowing it to gradually mellow, stabilize, and harmonize its flavor profile. This process creates a smooth and clean spirit without aggressive alcoholic notes, making it ideal both for sipping neat and for premium mixology.
Both the aroma and taste reveal fresh notes of aloe vera, sugarcane, and freshly cut grass, complemented by subtle citrus hints and delicate fruitiness. The result is a clean, light, and naturally refreshing rum with an elegant character.
The rum is not sweetened and contains no hidden additives, preserving its authentic and natural profile without unnecessary intervention.
