Description

CHARLES IV. Premium White is crafted at GrRUM Distillery in the Czech Republic from a carefully selected blend of molasses originating from Cuba and Paraguay.

The rum undergoes controlled fermentation according to our own recipe, followed by column still distillation, with a focus on purity, balance and the natural character of the distillate.

After distillation, the rum is allowed to rest for more than two years in stainless steel tanks. During this period, the distillate gradually mellows and harmonises while retaining its natural profile without the influence of barrel ageing.

The nose reveals a distinctive molasses character with subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, it is clean and balanced, with a fuller body and an elegant expression of molasses. The finish is notably long for a white rum, with a naturally dry aftertaste.

The rum is produced with no added sugar, preserving the authentic character of the distillate.
