CHARLES IV. SINGLE CASK EDITION

A limited single cask edition from the legendary Long Pond Distillery in Jamaica. A seven-year-old authentic Jamaican rum with a bold ester-driven profile, bottled directly from the cask without filtration or added sugar.

Description

This limited Charles IV. edition originates from the renowned Long Pond Distillery, one of the world's most iconic producers of traditional Jamaican rum.

The rum was distilled using the traditional pot still method and subsequently aged for 7 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels in the tropical climate of Jamaica. Tropical aging gave the rum its intense character, rich aromatics, and the distinctive ester profile so highly valued in authentic Jamaican rums.

This edition was bottled directly from the cask without filtration in order to preserve its original character, richness, and authenticity. Each cask offers a slightly different profile, making this series a unique collector's piece for true Jamaican rum enthusiasts.

Both the aroma and taste are dominated by notes of overripe tropical fruit, banana, pineapple, esters, and delicate oak, complemented by spice and a long, intense finish.

Only 150 bottles were produced.
