Description

This limited edition from Charles IV. represents an exceptional Single Cask from GrRUM Distillery's own production.

The rum is made from molasses originating from Cuba and Paraguay. It was distilled using a Column Still and subsequently continentally aged for 6 years in a single French oak cask previously used for Bordeaux wine.

The long maturation in French oak and the character of the former Bordeaux wine cask have given the rum an elegant profile and a beautiful clear ruby-amber colour. On the nose and palate, fruity and subtle wine notes combine with the character of a mature spirit, gentle spice, and French oak.

The designation Single Cask means that this entire edition comes from one individual cask and has not been blended with rum from any other casks. It is bottled at 61% ABV, without dilution, filtration, or added sugar, preserving its natural character and authenticity.
