Description

CHARLES IV. Premium White BIO & KOSHER is crafted at GrRUM Distillery in the Czech Republic as a special edition of our white rum, produced in accordance with the requirements of BIO and KOSHER certification.

It is made from a carefully selected blend of molasses originating from Cuba and Paraguay. Controlled fermentation according to our own recipe is followed by column still distillation, with a focus on purity, balance and an elegant character.

After distillation, the rum is allowed to rest for more than two years in stainless steel tanks. During this period, the distillate gradually mellows, stabilises and harmonises while retaining its natural character without the influence of barrel ageing.

The aroma reveals a distinctive molasses character with subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, the rum is clean, balanced and full-bodied, with an elegant expression and a longer, naturally dry finish.
