A Simple Guide to Ordering from GrRUM Distillery

Our online store is designed to make the ordering process simple, clear, and convenient. Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to place and complete your order successfully.

1. Browse Our Products

All products can be found in the Products section, where you can explore our rums and spirit drinks in detail.

By clicking on a product, you will open its product page containing detailed information about its origin, production, flavour profile, and availability.

2. Add Products to Your Cart

To order a product, simply click the "Add to Cart" button.

The product will be automatically added to your shopping cart. You can continue browsing and add additional products in the same way.

The cart icon in the upper-right corner will always display the number of items currently in your cart.

3. Review Your Shopping Cart

Clicking on the cart icon will display a summary of all selected products.

In your cart, you can:

• Adjust product quantities

• Remove individual items

• Review the total order value

Once everything is correct, proceed by clicking the "Checkout" button.

4. Enter Your Contact Details

In the next step, you will be asked to provide:

• Full name

• Delivery address

• Email address

• Phone number

If required, you may also enter company details or an alternative delivery address.

5. Select a Shipping Method

Next, choose your preferred shipping option.

Within the Czech Republic, we use trusted courier services and Zásilkovna pickup points. International deliveries are available within the European Union.

After selecting your delivery method or pickup location, continue to payment.

6. Choose a Payment Method

Orders can be paid using:

• Credit or debit card

• Bank transfer

All payments are processed through a secure payment system.

7. Confirm Your Order

In the final step, review and confirm your order.

Before completing your purchase, you must:

• Accept the Terms and Conditions

• Confirm that you are 18 years of age or older

Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

• Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or older.

• All prices include VAT.
