Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation or receipt of payment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping within the Czech Republic via Zásilkovna.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We also ship orders to countries within the European Union through our contracted shipping partners.

Is personal collection available?

Yes, by prior arrangement.

Do your products contain artificial flavourings or additives?

Our products are created with a focus on natural character, honest craftsmanship, and authentic flavour without unnecessary additives or artificial flavourings.

Can I order alcohol if I am under 18 years old?

No. The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted only to persons aged 18 years or older.

How is age verification carried out?

Customers may be asked to provide proof of age when completing an order or upon delivery of the shipment.

How can I report a damaged shipment?

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email and, if possible, include photographs of the damage.

Do you offer limited editions?

Yes. Some of our products are produced in strictly limited quantities, ranging from a few hundred to several thousand bottles per year.

Can I commission a custom edition?

Yes. GrRUM Distillery offers bespoke and limited-edition production, including complete project management, label design, regulatory compliance, excise stamps, and product launch support.

How are GrRUM Distillery products created?

Our products are created through a combination of our own production and carefully selected rum distillates sourced from different parts of the world. At GrRUM Distillery, we further blend, mature, and finish these rums using various cask types to create original editions and distinctive flavour profiles.

Are your products produced in the Czech Republic?

Yes. GrRUM Distillery products are created in the Czech Republic at our own distillery and blending room, where we focus on production, blending, maturation, and the development of limited editions.
