Description
Charles IV. White Rum Overproof is produced directly at GrRUM Distillery in the Czech Republic using a carefully selected blend of molasses sourced from Cuba and Paraguay.
The rum undergoes controlled fermentation based on our own recipe and is subsequently distilled using the column still method, with an emphasis on purity, intensity, and the distinctive character of the final distillate.
After distillation, the rum rests for more than two years in stainless steel tanks, allowing its flavors to gradually stabilize and harmonize. The higher alcohol content fully enhances the rum's aromatic profile while preserving its bold, fresh, and natural character.
Both the aroma and taste reveal intense notes of freshly cut grass, aloe vera, sugarcane, and subtle citrus freshness, complemented by a richer structure and a long warming finish.
The rum is not sweetened and contains no hidden additives, preserving its authentic and natural profile.
